Roland TD-3KW V-Drums Electronic Drum Kit

If you have mesh heads, the feel is good. Sound quality is good except for the hi hat. Foot pedal control results in very little sound. Stick playing is fine,but when you're playing the ride and using your hats with your foot only, you can't even hear them. I've had my kit for 4 years as a back up to practice on,and for teaching beginners, but I'd like to upgrade to a model with a better hat setup. I think its a great set for beginners if you have at least a mesh snare. You can learn rim shots and cross stick with it, and it has enough sound program choices to make it fun for beginners.
