Pro Radial Kit

I have had my double bass kit for 12 years now , I bought them new. I have a double bass Pro Radial Kit. 24 inch bass drum a 16 and 18 floor tom and , a 6 ,8 , 12 and 14 inch mounted toms. I went to a Gilbralter curved rack mount system , because there were just to many stands to deal with. My cymbal stands are the original Peavey stands, and I incorporated , the tom stands into cymbal stands I now run 14 cymbals. The high hat is a s good as any I have used in the past. and I changed the kick drum pedals for faster ones. Other than that You can't beat the pounding I have put these through over the last 12 years.

I Am The Third Owner Of The Kit And The Second Own

i am the third owner of the kit and the second owner had to replace the cymbals and stands so they are a lot better than what came with it i would rec amend doing it to the kit eventually. I also replace the base pedal and hi hat pedal but they weren't that bad stock. So really the only issue iv had with it is that the toms move around a lot no matter how hard you tighten them but thats probably from years of getting beaten on so it can take a beating. The sound is a little twangy and kinda hard to tune but good for a beginner looking to get into drumming as i was this is my first kit iv played on other than my electric kit. its a good buy for the money and will last a long time with the rite care.

I Thought This Drums Kit Was Really Good,i've Had

I Thought this drums kit was REALLY Good,I've had mine for more than 5 Years Now,Not 1 Problem except the Hi-hit being figety and sometimes the kit might move forward,I would Recommend this to Any one,It's much better than the Pearl EX at my School which is 2 Years old and it already Falling apart,Anyway,The kit is FABULOUS,But the skins might end up bursting so buy some Remo's or Evan's,I don't use this Kit Much anymore,But I use my Roland TD3X Electric Drum Kit w/ Mesh

The Cymbals, The Hardware And The Snare Aren't Too

The cymbals, the hardware and the snare aren't toO great compared to my expectations but ya that is just me. The cymbals and the hardware definitely have to be replaced but other than that they are good! The toms and the bass drum are great! Eventually the skins need to be replace but after that beautiful!

I have been playing on these drums for 5 years and they are fairly good but i would go for something better for less.

Sound Quality Is Good For The Price And The Hi Hat

Sound Quality is good for the price and the hi hats are very nice sounding but the heads damage easily and the ride cymbal doesn't sound very good. Nice drum kit, good value for money for beginner or intermediate.

I Love The Snare Drum And The Floor Tom, Great Sou

I love the snare drum and the floor tom, great sounds and a good rock sound. The hi hat stand was a bit to figety but not to bad and the bass drum, it was too deep but nothing a pillow can't fix.

Great Overall Kit That Isn't Just Beginner's Kit.

Great overall kit that isn't just beginner's kit. I've been playing for a year and half on a Tama kit and this Peavey set won my respect. It handles travel well and I can play just about anything in any genre with it.

After 1.5 Years It Still Sounds Great. Although So

After 1.5 years it still sounds great. Although some parts need to be changed (eg. cymbals, snare, hats) cuz the peavey ones just dont give me the sound I'm looking for. Overall good sound.
