Pearl Vision VSX

As far as im concerned for the price you cannot go wrong with Hybrid shells. They produce a good focussed tone attack and have resonance a plenty. If you know how to tune drums and you play in different situations and DON'T want to spend a great deal and need a solid working kit - then this is for you. I have played other makes and this is easily comparable to the full wood shells they offer. Snare is in a class of it's own and is pro quality. Other kits appear shaky and cheaper looking castings and chrome work. Difficult to pick faults really considering the price - You could but why waste your time?? Just play and enjoy! Easy 4 out of 5

The Pearl Vision VSX is an awesome kit. Sounds great with stock heads and even better with some good heads. This is definetly the best drum set for the price. It also comes in many exotic wraps. The difference between the VX and VSX is the VX is a solid color wrap, and the VSX is an exotic multi colored wrap. I reccomend this kit %100 to any (uppper) intermediate player.
