Best Horn Ever

The Getzen G-50 is an amazing horn, great for almost any ensemble. The smaller size of the horn makes it great for younger students to pick up this horn and start making music with little problems. I was lucky enough to start playing it my sophmore year of high school, and have loved the horn ever sense. The only discouraging part about this lovely horn, is the low register is so difficult to play. Low Db is almost impossible

Really Easy To Find Notes And Tune The Horn, Very

Really easy to find notes and tune the horn, very comfortable to hold. A little small for really large groups and doesn't really get the massive sound needed for Wagner or Mahler, but still great sound for everything else. A really great horn. I wouldn't be where I am today without it.

The Getzen Canadian Brass Cb50 Cc Tuba Is A Wonder

The Getzen Canadian Brass CB50 CC Tuba is a wonderful horn from the Getzen folks. I only regret that they lost the Canadian Brass endorsement when the group returned to Yamaha. I think the Getzen version plays much better than the Yamaha Tuba adopted by Chuck.
