The Simon & Patrick Folk Cedar Great Gu

The Simon & Patrick Folk Cedar

Great guitar, amazing value too! I love the look, feel, and sound of it! The action is perfect, and the neck is just the right width. It's sound rivals that of guitar 2 or 3 times it's price, and should be a good companion for many years!

Strumming - Very warm, and full sounding strums on this guitar! Very Powerful sound to it!

Picking - It's got a good balance, good highs, and good lows, even better midrange! Very good guitar for melodies!

Fingerpicking - This is an ideal guitar for fignerpicking, it offers all around great sound, without favoring bass or treble! The size is perfect, and it has perfect volume!

The Simon & Patrick Folk Cedar Is A Fine-sounding

The Simon & Patrick Folk Cedar is a fine-sounding instrument. I've had mine for about a year, and it is opening up beautifully. The cedar top and 3-layer wild cherry laminate back and sides project a tremendous sound. The fit and finish are excellent, as you would expect from any Godin guitar. I bought this as a "campfire guitar, since I normally gig with a D-35 and a rosewood OM, but I have taken this little S&P on stage with fine results.

This Is A Folk, Steel Strung Acoustic. By Folk The

This is a folk, steel strung acoustic. By folk they mean shaped like a classical guitar, but structured as a steel string. It's a 21 fretter, joining neck to body at the 14th fret.

The woods are solid cedar top, with laminated, wild cherry, back and sides. These work well together sonically and aesthetically. They call the finish satin but in reality it is matt.

It has a mahogany neck, which has a 24.85 inch scale, slim and comfortable, with rosewood fretboard and bridge. All is plain and functional, just like the un-named machineheads.

A good fingerpickers guitar.

No expense on it's looks, but tonally it punches above it's weight.

Try one, you may be surprised.
