Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King - This is a beautiful conclusion to the trilogy in terms of music and film. The music itself is militaristic at times and evokes a sense of finality as this is where all the great questions and problems from the first two will come to their ultimate conclusions. The scarier, darker and more thoughtful scenes are punctuated with beautiful orchestration and contemplative music. Overall, it's a magnificent piece of work by a talented composer.
