A Good, Solid Album By The Creative Green Day. Gre
A good, solid album by the creative Green Day. Green Day took the path of American Idiot and into their new musical vision and left the teenage punk scene that first brought the infamous title "sell-outs" upon them. It's a good album with good arrangements. But there's something I can't help but point out something that I very much hate in music and musicians - generic/plagiarism. In their new hit songs "21 Guns" it is evident they sampled a tune from the 60's hit song "San Francisco" performed by Scott McKenzie. I'm not one for recycled tunes and melodies...or subtle plagiarism for that matter.

Wow Even Better Than American Idiot. Surprisingly
Wow even better than American Idiot. Surprisingly sophisticated but retaining all the usual raw energy. Really catchy riffs and deep lyrics. Several track start gently - but don't be fooled total headbanging, foottapping rythms follow. 21 guns is sure to become a rock classic. It will become your favouite album in no time!

Green Day, 21st Century Breakdown Has Some Good
Green Day, 21st Century Breakdown has some good tracks but why so many intros compact it down to 10 tracks far too many clips and samples shame.
