New Wave Of Black Heavy Metal !

Short time after FOAD we still can hear no black metal on that album, but a very strong mixture of punk, Heavy,Doom and Black Metal. In that case, Fenris musically rises up with black-n-rollish songs, so Ted's mostly Heavy-doom metal songs. I'd definitely reccomend that album to anyone, who are being tired of modern metal (metal core), and still enjoys classical metal stuff from 80's - be sure, new Darkthrone won't upset you!! Songs on the album - aren't just for headbanging (The Winds They Called the Dungeon Shaker, etc), but some have got raw melancholical atmosphere (Norway in September). Darkthrone has returned from black metal of early 90 to classical stuff of 80, and it's not just about the sound and music, now you won't hear satanic poetry or smth occult, nowadays darkthrones songs about lifestyle of true metalhead, how he feels and enjoys life.
