Lisa Downing A Delicate Balance

The title of the Lisa Downing solo piano CD says it all. A DELICATE BALANCE. The title not only describes the feeling of the music (ranging from joyous to mellow and subdued, from rapturous to a little melancholy), but also from her essential life belief -- the yin-yang, two-sides-of-a-coin, positive-equalized-with-negative, moderation, balanced-life ethic.

This music is soft and gentle enough for massage therapy and relaxation/healing techniques; interesting enough to enthrall spa-goers through a variety of activities; and flexible-yet-powerful enough for yoga practitioners to use for simultaneous body-mind workouts.
