Quiet And Sad Acoustic Vibes, Sung In Front Of A C
Quiet and sad acoustic vibes, sung in front of a chimney is what Dogs is. Or at least it is how I see it. A wolf, a dog, another man. The woman Damien Rice sings about has always something or somebody else to fill her life. She leaves him empty, lingering for her - the special fascinating creature that does yoga and moves like a morning sun. The tune is the song of dawn. Warm, but bearing the scent of the end which for our songwriter is always drowned in sorrow. 'The day ends and there's no need for me'.Although a good track, I cannot name Dogs a Damien Rice highlight.
