Clor's Debut, Self-titled Album Is One Of The Odde
Clor's debut, self-titled album is one of the oddest, quirkiest and catchiest pieces of pop this year. Created by a group of art school graduates this album ranges from electro-pop to Franz Ferdinand style art rock to '80's synth to prog rock and back again - sometimes in the same song. It's all very perky and angular and is an absolute delight.
With so many bands harking back to the '80's at the moment, Clor have managed to be very trendy but to take the most unusual bits from the likes of Kraftwerk, Talking Heads, Gang of Four, Devo and more and turn them into something entirely modern and unrecognizeable.
I dare you to buy this album and not adore it!

Yes Clor are great - when I first bought the album and had a listen I thought the music was veeerrryyy different but soon you cant stop singing the songs. I definitely would recommend this album! :-D
