Albion Was A Bit Poor, Blinding, A Bit Better. Sho

Albion was a bit poor, Blinding, a bit better. Shotters nation was great! Maybe in a few years the tabloids will give Babyshambles his due. It is the best song I have heard in years... Dare I say it?... It's even better than the Libertines? Anybody?

Far, Indeed, From A Shambles Baby! Babyshambles Ha

Far, indeed, from a shambles baby! Babyshambles have well and truly hushed the 'finger on the trigger', 'crack fiend hunting' journalists with Shotters Nation. Doherty has redeemed himself perfectly and now has the oppourtunity to become one of Britains most successful bands since.... well... 'The Libertines'. However, the album does, at certain points, show minor allusions to modern indie music and shy off from the steretypical punk/Doherty factor.

Shotters Nation Is The Fantastic New Album From Ba

Shotters Nation is the fantastic new album from Babyshambles. First single Delivery is a jangly, kinks-esque cracker of a pop/rock song, other up-beat radio friendly numbers include my faves Deft Left Hand and Baddies Boogie. The Lost Art Of Murder is a contrast to these, but is a brilliant heartfelt track. There are a few of what you might call 'filler tracks' here, and the album still doesn't compare to anything that The Libertines ever did but as an album in it's own right, Shotters Nation is still up there with the best this year. Better than it's predecessor Down In Albion, fans will not be disappointed.
