Cosmo Girl

I love the illustrations, gossip columns, real life terrors, fashion illustrations and how to get that look in Cosmogirl! I think it could involve the audience more but overall i enjoy reading this magazine.

Cosmo Girl should be more open minded on teens that need help "home, career, etc." also I would like some more info on teen pregnancy...or world peace.

Every girl needs a Cosmo Girl magazine!

Cosmo Girl is a great magazine, but there is room for improvement in certain areas!

You call Cosmo Girl a magazine?? It's a disgrace!

Firstly, I found that Cosmo Girl is a very good gossipy magazine and always manages to find the answers to peoples questons whether it is about themselves, a friend or a celebrity. I like the pages where it shows that you can get a lot of stuff for your money and it considers the fact that not everyone can afford to pay out £2 for the mag, £20 for the must have mascaras and the Nike trainers, and it is now recently considering the new posters making the hot boys less chavvy and they are aware that there are grungers, goths etc in the audience who would rather see Greenday than Gwen. I also enjoyed the embarrassing moments pages and now that there are moments of both sexes we can laugh at what boys have done wrong and also relate to those cringes that make you so red that your forehead sizzles! However, I found that there were a LOT of pages on 'how to change who you are to get that boy' or 'think your fat? go on this diet'. I strongly disgree with this. For a successful magazine like that they should not publish things which could change a girls life forever. The free gifts are great and they also repeat the cosmetic gifts just in case you love it so much that you can't find it anywhere else!

All in all it is a very good read but could be made a LOT better.

Cosmo Girl is great. It's like a good book, never being able to put it down. They have prizes on the website for every other day, review, real life stories (my personal favourite) and of course advice pages. They offer advice to anyone who needs it, and best of all, give you the phone numbers or websites of organisations to help all of us, no matter what trouble we are in. However, the magazine is too small. Sugar have kept it just the right size, (A4) and so should CosmoGirl!
