Turks Head

The Turks Head has always been a pub that's not quite reached it's potential. It's got a lovely beer garden, the actual pub is great and it's in a good quiet location in St Margarts

However, it's never been at the top of our list of pubs to visit in the local area mainly as the food has historically been a let down.

I visited recently a couple of times and am pleased to say I think it's improving somewhat.

The food still wasn't something that you might rave about to friends and family but it's certainly getting better and overall I'd say this pub has almost reached it's potential - which should be an amazing locals gastro pub

The Turks Head in St Margarets is a good pub but it could be so much better

The food lets it down somewhat, it could be a really good gastro pub - but as it is the food is only 'OK'. Its nothing special
