After haggling several days via probably what for some may have seemed like bothersome / SPAM emails campaign over who is coming to dinner / who is not, Zach was able to finally get the 02 of us a table reservation for a 1930 Hours succulent dinner. Previously, we both had looked over the general public reviews, read the website’s interesting information, etc., and so we were quite pleased with our initial and ongoing reaction after we promptly sat down and noticed what was going on. This place has a fast and furious ambiance second to none, even though this does not mean in the least that they are sloppy. Quite the opposite is true: These individuals working here excel at what I would call “practical, elegant laissez-faire table execution.” Anyone can easily detect how they move that food with nearly ethereal powers and manners, while the presented dishes are not just sensational in taste but by any measure of the imagination, clearly unsurpassable. As usual, I prefer not to zero in on what we actually had but let’s say I would ditto it at a moment’s notice. The drinks were equally impressive while I can attest, due to my cultural background, that the served appetizer contained original Spanish Manchego cheese (No, these people are not liars, either!). Overall Price – Quality tandem given is a portentous 10, or the highest achievement possible. ¡Gracias Everybody! Sorry the missing guests didn’t make it but there is always a happy gnome out there for all of us, if you know how to find him.
