Everything Was Great, The Dancers Flexibility Of C

Everything was great, the dancers flexibility of Captain Scarlet the tension when the captains are capture, the lighting, the scenery, the sound effects the music, all the captains getting the audience involed the waiters and waitresses, everything! I've just come back of my holiday in Santa Ponsa and just come back and I was sad to leave not only Santa Ponsa but the theatre where I saw this. If someone asked me to sum it up in one word I couldnt youd need at least ten. It was breath taking, eye popping, jaw droppping, amazing, fantasic, energetic and much much much more. If i have the chance i'm coming back no matter what the cost.

After Missing An Excursion On Holiday And Realisin

After missing an excursion on holiday and realising we couldn't get a refund we decided to use the money to go to the next excursion we were umming and ahhing about, Pirates. There are 2 different versions of Pirates, you have Pirates Adventure, which is basically all aimed at kids, and then the uncut version which is for over 18's only. Seeing as we were a young couple with no kids we decided to go and see the uncut version, It was fairly pricey at 120 EUR for both of us, but we were assured a meal and drinks.

It was a 2 hour coach journey from Can Picafort to Palma/Magaluf. When we got there, there was a queue about a mile long, luckily for us the excursion people got to go in first. We did get some evils from the people who looked like they had been standing there for a few days...

Whilst waiting, a lady comes round and takes your photo, and you can buy programmes and pirate costumes.

You then get assigned a pirate who takes you to your table, my own problem here was we were put into a 6 with 4 quite large ladies and it was a tight squeeze on the table. The table has free alcohol already laid out, which was promptly finished within about 5 minutes. When you have finished your jug of Sangria/Wine/Beer you simply hold the jug up and someone replaces it.

As we were one of the first in we had quite a wait until it all filled up, lots of different groups piled in, there were hen parties, stag do's, rugby clubs, who were all extremely loud, but it just added to the atmosphere. It was like a football match with various chants being sung around the stadium. We had a good view of the stage and it started promptly with a great presenter doing a short game.

There are HUGE amounts of swearing in this play, so I really do suggest if you are easily offended by nudity, swearing, flashing lights, loud bangs etc, you don't see it.

The play then begins, with chants throughout, the stunts these acrobats do are simply gob smacking, you will not fully appreciate it until you see them in the flesh. You had people swinging into the crowd, acrobats throwing fire around and the trampoline bit is fantastic (any of you who have seen it, will know what I mean!)

You can not take pictures throughout as the acrobats have no safety equipment and can get put off by the flashes, however I did notice flashing throughout. You can buy a DVD afterwards but expect to fork out around 20EUR. Also bear in mind the show doesn't actually start till gone 10pm. Including our 2 hour coach journey we didn't arrive home that night until 2/3am.

But if you've got the cash and the time I would definitely recommend it, it's a once in a lifetime experience.
