Get Loaded in the Park

£3.50 for a can of 440ml Carlsberg Export! No wonder it's called 'Get Loaded' if all they offer is 5% lager. Why no choice? So that's two cans of lager, a 330ml bottle of water and a bottle of coke? £11! Justify a 600% mark up? Three burgers (no chips) and a bit of chicken in a pitta bread? £21!!

Corperate rock never sucked so large. I won't be back.

Too many bands in too many tents in too small an area. If you stood out of the line of the speakers at the main stage then all you could hear was the other tents. The sound was awful.Over priced and, as Iggy says, 'No Fun'.

I think this festival was more for the younger generation or older people who were very into more modern music.

When searching to buy tickets for this year, I found the line up for 2007 get loaded in the park, it sounded excellent! Although this years line up on paper didn't sound half as good, I did it's job and more at being a great festival

Over all, it was one of the highlights of my summer; happy atmosphere, happy people and great bands. It wasn't perfect for everyone but I'd recommend it and definitely go again!

Went to Get Loaded in the Park last year - 2007. Must admit I went more because I live close to the common as opposed to going purely for the line up of bands. Though the line up looks much more interesting for 2008 I'll be giving it a miss to go to another. Get Loaded is the type of festival I would of enjoyed more if I was in my teens/early 20's.
