Sanguine

A fantastic female fronted alt-metal band, heavy and incredibly tight with genuinely memorable songs. I've been to the Live Bar before but never seen anything that compares to this, they completely packed the place and we went crazy.

I hadn't seen Sanguine before and didn't really know what to expect, but from the opening song they completely ruled the night, the entire set seemed to go by in no time and we were left wanting more. It was only a shame that the venue was small, and whilst seeing them in an intimate setting was good it would be great to see what they could do in a larger space able to fit more people, there were some unable to get into the Live Bar's stage area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who likes their music heavy with a twist.
