Visited the tenpin bowling is southampton. Have taken two lanes. One lane with 4 players was always turning off and we had to wait 5-10 minutes for it to get fixed. After getting half way through the game the lane crashed 4 times and we decided to end the game and ask for a refund. No refund was given, but they promissed to send us some vouchers on email, but that did not happen as well.

The place it self is almost falling apart. Everything is old and dirty. A lot of times there is no staff available to help you or serve you. Toilets are so bad that you are afraid to walk in.

This place needs an audit and to be closed for a refurbishment.

Almost every bowling ball had chunks missing from it, the isle appeared to be on a slope, and the men's toilets stank to high heaven as well as having no soap in any of the 3 dispensers, very hygienic knowing where everyone's figures are going!

I would not recommend them and certainly wouldn't go back!
