Nottingham, Off Limits

Had a stag weekend booked which included ' a knockout', followed by Stag hunt covering the London Central Line, then a night at the dogs with 2 free drinks, a free tote and a meal, then an overnight stay in a hotel with breakfast.

Got a call 3 days before event so say that Central line not running and that the guys would have to drive - reminded them it was a stag do, their response like a recorded message, we are not responsible for transport. Fair enough! Made alternativ arrangements which meant that they couldnt take part in the Stag Hunt, unless they could pay for 3 cabs to take them on stops over a 20mile radius. Arrived at the dogs to be told they were only booked entrance, no food, no tote and no drinks. Went to hotel, 3 grown men expected to share a double and a trundle bed, not happening, they came home.

Its a knockout was great fun but could be booked directly for £45. Be advised, you are far better off booking the events directly and saving yourself a massive 50% booking fee with this group.

We were so excited to be going to it's a killer knockout. We all drove 2 hours to get to Brighton and the event was starting at 12.30. At 12pm I got a call to tell me that our event had been cancelled- 30 mins notice!!!! Un-acceptable. Absolutely appauled, my hen was so excited and as a maid of honor the last thing I wanted to do was tell her the event had been cancelled- gutted. To be fair the organizer did fit us in with a meal but this wasn't really great as we wanted an activity. Feel so utterly let down and wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely shocking company. Poor customer service. Awful. We ended up cancelling our hen do with them and all loosing deposits- that's how much we didn't want to go through them in the end as we just couldn't trust them to organise anything after tricking us to book in to something far from what we expected. Would never use or recommend this awful company. Be careful! They trick you with the small print and are not up front.
