Because this is one of the worst movies of the decades-- dumb dialogue, predictable plot, no chemistry between the actors (why is Uma Thurman's career hurtling south? how could she have gotten involved with a movie like this?) and a script that assumes movie viewers are stupid--this film is better than long-acting Ambien for putting you to sleep.
