It's A Boy Girl Thing I Thought Was Going To Be Ve

It's a Boy Girl Thing I thought was going to be very predictable and one of those films where you've seen it all before, and even though it did have elements of that to it (body swapping being from Freaky Friday) it did have some great genuine moments that made it its own and therefore a really enjoyable and funny film!

It's based upon Woody and Nell, two teenage neighbors who have known each other for years and hated each other for just as long, being from two separate worlds. Nell being the smart intelligent girl who dreams of going to Yale and Woody the not-so-intelligent football star who dreams of getting drunk and having fun!

However, on a class trip to a museum when they are paired up together, they begin to argue in front of a statue and the statue switches them, it is not until they wake up the next day in different bodies however that they realize something is very very wrong!

As they try to deal with being each other bodies and having to cope with each other's daily tasks, a bond soon grows between them, and the rest....well I won't spoil it!

It's a really enjoyable, easy watch with quite a lot of really really funny moments!

Also appearing in this film is Sharon Osbourne as Woody's common mothers and I'm afraid she doesn't really pull this off! Sounding too posh and having too much make up on to make the role authentic; however, it's just a fun, daft film so I don't suppose it matters too much!

I would recommend! Lots of fun for everyone!
