Grosse Point Blank

John Cusack is brilliant as a hitman returning home for a job which coincides with his high-school re-union. His mad secretary (played by real life sister Joan Cusack) convinces him to go to the reunion while he's there, cue a meeting with high-school love Minnie Driver, whom he just happened to stand-up at the prom the last time he was in town ten years ago.

While Cusack tries to sort his mind out he is followed by a rival hitman (Dan Ackroyd), a mad foreign heavy and two government agents.

Despite the premise (and associated violence) there are some very funny moments and this is a classic film.
