Tripp likes going out with women. He also lives with his parents. Whenever he feels that a relationship is getting too serious, he brings the girlfriend to the house. When she finds out he still lives with his parents, he asks, "Is that a problem?" Yes. It is a problem for every one of the gals (Yes, this happens repeatedly). His parents are getting fed up with having Tripp around, so they hire Paula (Sarah Jessica Parker) to be his girlfriend.
