This Film (like The Book) Defines The Word 'family
This film (like the book) defines the word 'family'. The Direction/Cinematography/Acting is all perfect, the only thing that (in my opinion) would make this better would be to include one last scene from the book which higlights the way Michael is not someone who will let things go. Otherwise this is truly a great film, and in my top 10.

The Godfather is a true classic. The Godfather Part One will continue to be regarded as the benchmark to which all gangster genre movies are judged. My dad introduced me and my four brothers to the The Godfather at quite an early age. We were simply mesmerised. The code of conduct and the strong family bond demonstrated by the Corleone's was something my dad was keen for us to re-create. I was over the moon when my dad made me his wartime consigliere. This made me the second highest ranking member of the family, as I am related to my dad. This film is a must see, it's shaped my life and I would recommend it to anyone.
