A Word To Describe This Action-packed Sequel Is Gr

A word to describe this action-packed sequel is gratifying. Elektra being the followup to the film Daredevil. This dynamic flick follows the troubled life of Elektra, after being resurrected by antediluvian art called Kimaguri. Now an untouchable assassin, the film trails her second life, as she plunges into darker territories, once given another assignment.

Her objective is to liquidate a father and his young daughter, unaware of the fact that the two are the neighbours next door. Once she realises who it is, she has to kill. She declines the mission and sets off for her return home.

However, an evil and deadly organization known as the hand, are also seeking the pair. Their goal is to claim the young girl, Abbey, whom they call the Treasure, so they can use her for their forces to fight the good, and eventually annex the world.

Now Elektra must protect the not so helpless two, and destroy the preternatural opposition.

The film boasts striking special FX and an excellent cast. The amazing and cleverly done fight sequences, help to grip, and keep the audience on the edge of their seats. The downside is the fact that it scarcely relates to the first film. It has gone from human beings with a black belt in martial arts, to supernatural demonic immortals.

Nonetheless, this lethal piece of rapture, is no blind man in a Halloween costume! Jennifer Garner gives an astounding performance in her metallic crimson corset, and with her fatal moves, she makes Elektra one of the best comic book movies made.
