Taj Alsultan, Cairo

This is a fairly new restaurant, strategically located in the busy Khan El Khalili area. Though the restaurant basically serves Indian cuisine, it also has equally wide choices of arabian cuisine. The restaurant is based on Arabic-Indian "ethnic fusion" concept. We had been there twice and found that the quality is being maintained. On both occassions, we tried different Indian dishes and everything tasted so good. It was little fun to deal with the egyptian waiters, who were getting accustomed to the Indian names of the dishes in the menu. The service of the waiters was polite and prompt. It was obvious that the hotel management had spent a lot on interior decoration and the ambience inside was really amazing.
