Tynycornel Hotel, Tal-y-Llyn, Gwynedd

Went to Tynycornel Hotel with friends paid £25 ordered ribeye steaks. The steaks were so tough you could not chew it. the vegetables were overcooked and tasteless.We told the waiter of our concerns and the chef came to our table when told of the problem he stated its not my fault its the butchers when told he had cooked and served the steak he just shrugged his shoulders he gave us no apology and nothing was taken off the bill. We have been to this hotel for food in the past and had lovely meals every time we later found out that the hotel had been taken over by new owners in the last 4 months.
