the sunday lunches were awfull they tasted as if they was reheated didnt eat much and my son is ill after it

Having justt started work in this down beat part of Swansea i must say that dining experiences to a pasty from a rough-n-ready supermarket or this scary looking pub. This is not shall we say a salubrious location and effectively at the side of a dual carriageway!

I snuck in one lunch time desperate for a pint and a read of my paper and was pleasently surprised. A walk welcome, regulars at the bar sharing banter with the staff and then... to the food!

It is typical pub grub, delivered worryingly quickly, but it's clean, grease free, very hearty in portion and I must say of the dishes I've tried I can only find minor amateurish errors - possibly because of the regular clientelle's expectations rather than anything else.

Don't go in expecting anything more than you will find in any regular pub in a down trodden area - but it's clean, fast, friendly and the you will leave very very full and satisfied. Recommended!
