What A Shame That This Lovely Building Is So Let D
What a shame that this lovely building is so let down by it's overpriced menu and the rudeness of the staff. Having eaten here recently and having occasion to speak to the staff about portion size and overall poor customer service. Having ordered fish from the menu, priced at 9.95 I really would have expected this to arrive with chips, only to be informed that this was an "extra"!
The Swan really could be the nicest place to eat in Hay on Wye it seems such a shame that the menu is limited and expensive.
