Went There With My Girlfriend For A Nice Night Out

Went there with my girlfriend for a nice night out & had an amazing night out instead! The menu was a solid mix of traditional and new, had a price range from £9 - £21 for a main course, with starters & puddings either side. We were on holiday, so chose fishy dishes (being a seaside town!) Crab cocktails as one of the starters, home smoked trout the other.... very nice!! Liked the Monfish main & Gurnard.... not had it before, but would look for it again as it was delicious. Puds were the most refreshing raspberry yoghurt parfait, as well as a rich chocolate torte. A few too many liqueurs later.....and coffee!!! Enjoyed the whole night. The guy that seems to run the place was friendly & genuinely interested in what we thought. We ate there 2 nights out of the 3 we were there, wishing we had eaten there every night! Well worth a visit.
