Eating at Paysanne in Deganwy North Wales was a fabulous experience. Slightly concerned that it was going to feel like sitting in someone's front room, I couldn't have been further from the truth. We got in to the restaurant to be greeted by name by the owner and given a choice of three remaining tables. The atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and intimate. The decor was in keeping with the French cuisine with comfortable surroundings, tables not too close to each other and lots of artwork to admire. The owner and waiting staff were totally unobtrusive but at the same time we were never left waiting.

The food was fabulous offering locally sourced fish and a great wine list. We ate loads and were not disappointed with anything we ordered. The pork and lamb dishes were succulent and cooked to perfection and the bury black puddings so tasty.I can't fault this restaurant and was driven to registering on this site just to write them a well deserved review.
