Firezza, Willesden Green

we ordered from firezza in nw10 different times and every time whenever we wrote in the comment to call us on arrival they never did as we live outside the main house and if none of the tenants were there to open the door the delivery could not be made. the last time on the 20th we ordered again and again no call to inform to go open the door for the deliveryguy. we ordered a buffallo side completed burnt at the buttom that we couldn t eat and the capricciosa pizza was stone cold. called the pizzeria to complain and the girl was not at all interested about what we were saying and carried on saying that it was our fault because probably the pizza wasn t given to us straightaway from the other tenant when we wrote in capital letters to call us. we ended up paying nearly 20 pounds for a burnt pizza and another one cold that we were not able to eat....terrible experience and lack of communication and understanding from your staff. fortunately this area is full of other more take aways that care more about their customers
