Memories, Bideford

Memories, Bideford, is a small restaurant and tables get booked up quickly, so it's worth ringing well ahead of time to ensure a reservation.

The owner is attentive without being overly so, and you are ensured a cheerful and friendly welcome. The atmosphere is warm and informal, ideal for small/medium sized groups of friends or romantic dinners for two.

The food is out of this world. Honestly, one of my favourite places to eat (and I eat out quite a lot!!). The menu is varied, interesting and constantly changing. Fish is locally caught and meat is farmed locally. Ingredients are fresh and seasonal. Chef/owner cooks food to perfection.

There is a comprehensive wine list and everything (both food and drink) is priced reasonably. This restaurant is well worth a visit if you happen to be in the area. In fact, even if not in the area, it is worth taking a taxi ride to!!
