The Mermaid Seafood Restaurant, St Ives

First time at this Restaurant and although my wife is a 'fishy person' the option of meat dishes was welcome although I entered into the spirit of things by having a Monk Fish main course which is VERY unusual but an enjoyable experience. The Muscadet was good to and the first we have had for some time having been the wine of choice when we ate much more fish when living in the Channel Islands some years ago. All in all a good experience and a visit recommended!!

Have been going to st ives for many years and this restaurant is the best in our opinion. The food is excellent well served by knowledgable staff and we cant wait for our next meal there.
