The Cardinal in North Kingston is located just under one mile from the Ham Gate entrance of Richmond Park. From the exterior it looks uninspiring and once inside the impression does not improve. It totally lacks any atmosphere. The staff and service are below par. So why would you want to come here. The answer is the food. It is very British, tasty and good portions. The value is extremely good. So if you are in the area and just want something to eat come here, but not for any other reason.
