I Am Accustomed To Great Indian Food Across The Gl
I am accustomed to great indian food across the globe and have dined in a variation of indian restaurants from small cheap eateries to high end award winners and I would say avoid Mystica at all costs. Greasy curry, bit tasteless, felt warmed up, pre cooked starters and the worst biryiani i have tasted. Your better off going to a supermarket and you will get more satisfaction with a microwave meal or even better go to southall, where you will experience a great curry experience. I am also a british indian chef residing overseas, so I hope I make my point and I gave them 1 star as there was no option for 0!!

If You Like Indian Food But Are Put Off By Bland S
If you like Indian food but are put off by bland slop that leaves you feeling rough the next day (or night!) then try Mystica. We live down the road and this place is a gem in an otherwise dull high street. The staff are superb and very welcoming. If you're not sure of what dish to have, just ask and you'll get an honest recommendation. I really like the chicken pakora starter followed by the Lamb Tava or Chicken Laziz, both are really good, spicy with lots of taste and no slop! The mixed tandoori is one of my favourites too so maybe the best thing is to take a group of friends so you can share dishes. We always have the bombay potatoes and Sag Paneer as sides. As for dessert, if you're not full then I'd recommend the cheesecake. I walk past everyday and keep meaning to try the live jazz night on Thursdays...one day.
