Bel and The Dragon, Windsor

From the Bel and The Dragon website and menu we had high expectations, but unfortunately what we experienced fell far short of that. The bread came with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which tasted cheap and bitter. My nephew thought the spinach and ricotta pasta dish was disappointing. I had the burger, which was so overcooked and processed tasting that I couldn't eat it. We were charged £7.85 each for two glasses of wine, even though I asked for a house red. The whole place is looking run down and grubby, especially the loos. It has definitely gone downhill in my opinion.
