Frankie & Benny's, Dunfermline

My salad was sat under a hot lamp for 20 mins by the time I got the brown lettuce I just wasn't in the mood for it. I would be embarrassed to take anybody back to this restaurant, the cold food and awful service from our waiter and the public "drama" going on with the staff made me feel like I was in a very amateur business which is staffed by moody teenagers. Sorry F&B you used to be so good but after one last chance I won't be coming back!

The atmosphere at Frankie & Benny's in Dunfermline is superb! Don't go if you want a quiet romantic dinner. But if you want good food at great prices, then this is a superb place! We have never waited more than 30 minutes for food, and the main course always follows soon after the starter is finished; even when they are mega busy!

The starters came quickly, and we had to wait 40 minutes for the main course. The chips and veg were cold. I had it taken away, and when it was brought back, all the chipe and veg were mixed together like a dogs dinner. Now the steak was cold, so I had it taken back and I didn't have anything else.

I won't go back to Frankie & Benny's in Dunfermline a third time!

Frankie & Benny's in Dunfermline is a nice friendly place. I was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings, food and staff, and I thought it was one of those "microwave" places, but it was great! The waitress was so nice, staff left you alone, and they did not hover but were attentive when needed. I would definitely go there again. In fact, I think I will go today!!
