I Booked A Table For 10 In Person At This Branch F
I booked a table for 10 in person at this branch for the following Saturday. When I called to confirm (Head Office because there was a fault with the branch phone) I was told that they do not take bookings for the weekend.
Had I not called to ckeck, I would have turned up on the Saturday thinking all was well. And it was a manager who took my booking... As I did not wish to stand in line with 9 children I went elsewhere.
Shockingly bad, offhand customer service.
