Kyoto is a fantastic sushi restaurant, the sashimi is so fresh and come is very generous portions and the rolls are of as high quality as any at Nobu or Roka but for a fraction of the price. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help you make an informed choice, the chef Kim will happily tell you all about where he sources his fish and what makes it so good. Try the soft shell crab rolls, the spicy tuna rolls and the salmon sashimi, all of it is delicious. I have never made a wrong selection from their menu as it is all great. I return here often and will continue to do so.
