Fire & Stone, Covent Garden

Food is fantastic, excellent menu, but service is poor. It took ages to get a table (half an hour, even though the downstairs area was half empty), and we had to sit there for almost 20 min before a waiter came over to take our order. Drinks and food order were taken at the same time, and when we got the food he didn't come back to ask us how it was etc. It also took ages to get the bill and they add a 12.5% tip without asking so I would expect better service.
