On Arrival To Blandford Street We Were Immediately
On arrival to Blandford Street we were immediately made to feel welcome by smart and friendly waiting staff. The restaurant owner spent a lot of time with my partner (an aspiring chef) and gave us a rundown of the different meals on the menu. When we arrived late in the evening the catch of the day had all gone, but the chef made up a special dish for us, which was also fantastic!
A complimentary starter, our main course and side dishes were of top quality, and they were supported by an extensive wine list.
The decor is very understated but beautiful and relaxing. Seating is available outside for warmer weather, and we were advised the venue can be hired for private functions. The restaurant is very spacious, but the tables are cosy and slightly larger than average, giving you more elbow room and more privacy.
We found the evening to be very enjoyable, and we have already booked our next visit to Blandford Street.
