This Is Not Somewhere To Go For A Slap Up Feast As
This is not somewhere to go for a slap up feast as the portions are really only taster size. The vegetable dishes were awful, sludgy spinach, soapy beans and some very very bitter baby aubergines served with bullet hard broad beans. Thank goodness I eat fish as the monkfish and prawns were delicious otherwise it would have been one of the worst meals I have ever had. The carnivores fared better but due to the portion sizes drank themsleves silly waiting for the next mouthful of food. We were offered bread but not encouraged to have rice which was a mistake as we went after a long day in the office and having 'saved' ourselves were pretty hungry. Desserts also very disappointing. Shame we were really looking forward to it!
Good for: Victoria Beckham wannabes.
Not good for: Hard working city males.

Amaya Has Won Many Awards And I Am Not Surprised.
Amaya has won many awards and I am not surprised. The food is great and with the open kitchen you can see it being cooked while you wait. Authenic Indian dishes are served and are great for sharing. The decor is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful.
