beautiful location by the river
the original owners have returned back after 2 years. The food is good, very friendly and helpful staff with a warm atmosphere. Very welcoming. I would highly recommend this to every body and all those people who gave it a bad review too go there and try again.

We Have Been Going There For A Nice Meal Every Few
We have been going there for a nice meal every few months for about 2 years. Each time I worry it may have changed and not be as good as I remember but it never disappoints. We have been there tonight and got 2 x 3 course meals for about £55. I could not find a single thing wrong with any of the meals. We always feel its well worth the money and will continue to go back.

We Walked From Lincoln Along The Fossdyke To The P
We walked from Lincoln along the Fossdyke to the Pyewipe Inn, having seen it from the train many times. Took around half and hour to get there. We felt out of place as soon as we walked in as it seemed very posh and unwelcoming to us.
Went to get a menu and they don't have them, they have small individual blackboards for each meal. We didn't get to try the food as they were out of our price range and were things like crab, lobster, steak and other 'posh' meals that neither of us liked. But I imagine the meals would be nice for what prices they were charging.
We just wanted a pub dinner, but they didn't do anything such as chips and something like you'd expect a pub to do.
We got a packet of crisps each and a J2O and it cost us £5!!
We walked back into Lincoln and went to Wethaspoons instead!
