The first time we have complained about food whilst eating out. Soup was so bland I couldn't distinguish any ingredients. After waiting some time after sending food back the owner said there must be something wrong with our tastebuds because no one else had complained, although he hadn't tasted it himself. We attempted to order something else out of good will and were told he couldn't be bothered as we may not like the next thing. It was an unpleasant and embarrasing experience. I don't believe the customer is always right but this was the worst example of customer relations I have witnessed, even the other diners commented that we were treated unfairly.
