as a fellow dinner has mentioned about food poisoning at Abbots Tandoori below, it is hard to believe! when they are voted the first indian restraunt with 5 star hygiene by three vally district council! i have also found food do reach the table a bit late but never by two hours nor one, it worth waiting for, as they do not serve pre-cooked meals like any other. the staff are friendly and will meet your needs, almost as good as fine dinning. great work abbots tandoori.

having ordered our food from a waiter that did not pay attention and kept talking to someone else our food arrived two hours after ordering it very cold. getting a drink was near impossibly and only one member of staff was friendly the rest all seemed to not want to be there. realy upsetting as it was my nephews birthday. we had fifteen minutes to try and eat the cold food as our cab was waiting outside. used to be a fab place, maybe taking there customers for granted now. The bill Came to £240 which is well over the top for 7 people.

There were eight of us and we found the food absolutely apalling. I had Lamb Jalfrezi and the lamb looked liked it had been served 10 times prior to hitting my plate & washed and put back into another sauce to be served again. Other people who ordered Chicken had the same experience. How they did not get food poisoning was an absolute miracle. The vegetable dishes were poor as well, looked like they had been cooked, frozen, cooked, frozen, and so on.

Visited Abbotts Tandoori for the first time. Impressed with the food. I had a lamb pasanda my Husband a medium chicken curry. We also had a peshwari nann than was absolutely crumptious. It was soft light and sort of flaky as well as a really good flavour. Next time I will have a peshwari nann to myself as I shared it last time.

Very friendly staff, good service and high quality food. A must try. Have been going there for years and will continue to do so.

Myself and our family would like to dine at Abbots Tandoori endless times. Mouth watering food, the best service we ever had, very value for money. very clean and very friendly.
