Have Been 3 Times For Lunch With Clients. The Last
Have been 3 times for lunch with clients. The last two times, we have sent lunches back because they were literally burnt to a cinder. The first time, another meal was re-served but was equally as burnt. As we had been waiting so long and had to return to my office, I could not delay the lunch longer by complaining yet again.
On the 3rd visit, I was with 4 clients. 2 meals had to be returned. One was very burnt and the second was cold in the middle. Whilst the meals were replaced, I felt that we should have at least been offered a drink whilst we waited. Very embarrassing for me as I brought very important clients.
Will therefore not bring clients here anymore.
