Great Experience, Great Food, Great Sounds
Ed's Diner has fairly recently opened a branch in Swindon, which we have visited on a number of occasions. The restaurant is decorated in a 1950's style with "booth style" seating in red vinyl and chrome. Every other table has a jukebox (proceeds going to charity) full of 1950's rock and roll tracks and the music serves to compliment the experience. The food is excellent, being a traditional "burger bar" style of eating with generous portions that are well prepared and varied, with easy to understand menus and choices.
Prices (at the time of writing) are just over £10 per head, on average, for the main meal, £5 for dessert and £2 for drinks, although there are cheaper options for the main meal.
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the staff genuinely seem to enjoy their work and all interaction with the customer is very genuine.
All round it is a great experience and a shining star in an otherwise dull world of burger restaurants - long my Ed's Diners thrive :)

Bland, Boring, Overpriced
Funky bright well decorated Diner, great little juke box on every table. Now for the bad bits, the food is very bland and tasteless, the staff although friendly are also bland. Cleanliness such as sweeping the floors especially when it was quiet on our visit can be improved greatly.
