Eat Is A Very Good Quick Bite Restaurant. They Ser
EAT is a very good quick bite restaurant. They service sandwiches, soups and salads. I have had lunch a few times there. I usually go for their soup choices, different every day. The food is fresh and well prepared, very delicious. It is a bit expensive for a fast food kind of restaurant but it is quite worth it as the food is nice. Not all EAT restaurant I have been to were well cleaned and maintained but I usually get the food to go. It is a good place for a quick but healthy lunch.

You Can't Move In London For Branches Of Eat And I
You can't move in London for branches of Eat and if their website is anything to go by they are still expanding which in my opinion is no bad thing! Eat like many other sandwich/lunch chains in London is a place where you can get fruit, soups, salads, pies, drinks and sandwhiches. You can also get porrdige etc in the morning. Eat pride themselves on using fresh produce and apparently everything is made onsite each day.The soups are my favourite and really fill you up and some of the bolder ones are really a mini meal. In the winter months they really warm you up. The soup menu is different every week and my favourites so far are the Italian Ragu, Chicken Noodle and Beef one with dumplings. I would recommend the salads too. Tasty, reasonably healthy and averge prices for this type of grub.
